We are a family-owned business located in Fort Macleod, Alberta. Our services include tattoos & clinical esthetics. We also have an emporium filled with a variety of eclectic products, many of which are provided by southern Albertan artisans. We provide a safe and AHS approved environment for our clients and ensure that all of our services are done with the utmost care and professionalism. Meet The Team
Mario RJ Corbin (He/Him)
- Co-Owner: Tattoo Artist & Clinical Esthetician
Experienced in a variety of artistic styles, he has worked as a muralist for various businesses and schools over his lifetime. He began tattooing in 2016. He specializes in animation (e.g. Disney, Marvel, DC, Cartoons, Comic Book, Anime, etc...), however, he is also adept at other styles of tattoos. Having lived and taught in South Korea, The Republic of Ireland, and Quebec, Canada, he brings with him an eclectic array of skills and influences to his approach to body modification. This includes but is not limited to developing his skill set in para-medical tattoos (e.g. Mastectomy Tattoos and Scar Cover Ups) and he became a certified clinical esthetician in 2023. He holds a B.A. Honours in Cultural Anthropology & an MPhil in Sociology. He is certified in Bloodborne Pathogens for the Body Art Community, First Aid, and an Advanced Clinical Esthetics degree from The Esthetics Institute.

Jennifer Fawcett (She/Her)
- Co-Owner & Textile Artist
Introducing the better half of Hedgehog Inklings, the passionate Zimbabwean quilter and fabric connoisseur who specializes in creating unique works of art with her exquisite embroidery and vibrant textiles. From intricate vintage needlework to stunning colour combinations, her quilts and designs bring out the beauty in every fabric. She has developed several courses for a variety of academic institutions with a focus on heritage and cultural influences on textile arts. Having lived in Zimbabwe, South Korea, The Republic of Ireland, and Canada, she brings a unique perspective to every piece of art that she creates. When not creating textile art for sale through our shop, Jennifer tends to the day to day behind the scenes running of Hedgehog Inklings. She holds a B.A. Honours in Sociology & Geography & an M.A. in Sociology. Jennifer is certified in First Aid.
Sarah Jewers (She/Her)
Partner: Vendor Relations & Owner of Bright Petal

Welcome Sarah, the newest partner at Hedgehog Inklings! With a degree in business and a minor in insurance, Sarah's passion for business growth drives her dedication to supporting local talent and has called Fort Macleod home since 2019. Alongside owning Bright Petal, Sarah brings her expertise in curating handpicked selections from Southern Alberta's talented artisans. As a partner, Sarah looks forward to collaborating with fellow entrepreneurs, showcasing the diverse creativity of Southern Alberta, and contributing to our vibrant community. Connie is a multi-talented member of our team. When she's not busy cooking up delicious meals at Digbee's Diner, she can be found greeting customers and sharing her product knowledge as a sales associate at Hedgehog Inklings. Erin X (He/Him)
- GUEST PIERCER & Full Time Piercer @ Hole Lotta Love Piercings in Lethbridge, Alberta.​
Erin started his career in the industry in 2020 in Lethbridge, Alberta. Some of his favorite piercings to perform include Tongue Piercings, Surface and Dermal Piercings, as well as Large Gauge Inital Piercings in the earlobes and cartilage. Erin is certified in bloodbourne pathogens which he renews annually, as well as First Aid. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Lethbridge. He also continues his piercing education by taking classes taught by reputable piercers in the industry.
Krista Corey (She/Her)
- Guest Esti-Besti & Owner of Honey Bee Beauty Studio in Lethbridge, Alberta.​
Krista has 10+ years experience with premium lash and brow services and continues to be extremely passionate with what she does. She started her career in Lethbridge, then ventured off to work in Salons in the Yukon, BC and made her way back to AB where she opened her own studio in Lethbridge in 2020. Her attention to detail and prioritizing a quality over quantity experience will leave you feeling amazing. Krista specializes in Lash Lifts + Brow Laminations, Brow Threading + Waxing, Brow Tinting / Stains, Freckle tattoos, Microblading as well as Lash Extensions. She is alternately a Certified Lash Lift and Brow Lamination Trainer where she gets to pass on her passions to others interested in developing those skill sets.
Arianna Guarino (She/Her)
- Guest Tattoo Artist & Owner of Love Lost In Ink in High River, Alberta.​
Ari is a tattoo artist from High River, Alberta. Her love for tattooing stems from her interest in creating something beautiful, timeless, and original! Her style is mainly illustrative and geared towards patchwork, but she is open to exploring different realms of creativity. She really enjoy funky stuff and cat tattoos! Her current rate for custom tattoos is $85/hour, with pre-drawn flash designs available on her Instagram for a flat rate. She is so excited to work alongside Hedgehog Inklings and hopes to design something for you soon! Be sure to book with her today as spaces are limited!
